Health Walks:

These usually take place    every Tuesday,

 Meet at 1:30pm outside Endcliffe Park café ( walks up to 1 hour )    

 AND                   every Thursday,

 Meet 10:30am outside Forge Dam café

There is also a programme of walks for  Women Only.
